The Island of Brac

Brac, situated between Split and Hvar, is the third largest island in the Adriatic Sea. After a short, 1 1/2 hour journey (flight + transfer) you can enjoy your holiday on Croatia’s most beautiful beach, Zlatni Rat.
Bol, a dreamy fishing village with a small harbor, is situated on the southern shore of the third largest island in the Adriatic Sea, Brac, between Split and the Island of Hvar. In the village you can find a lot of shops, restaurants, taverns. At the end of the village the Dominican monastery with its museum and wine cellar is definitely worth a visit.

Among the highlights of Bol are a trip to “Vidova Gora”, with 778 m the highest peak of the Adriatic Islands, offering grand views and, most of all, Croatia’s most famous beach - Zlatni Rat.  This beach is a spit of white shingles stretching out into the sea for 500 m. Zlatni Rat’s pine wood always offers wind protection at one side, sun bathing and swimming are an extraordinary pleasure here.
